My depression is hard enough to handle. Because I don't have any kind of insurance, I can't get help. I've been handling things on my own the best I know how - taking lithium aspartate that I can buy at the health food store, avoiding alcohol, etc. But the worst of it all is the fatigue. I'm so tired all the time that I can't get up the energy to even look for more help resources. It takes everything I can muster up to just function to the bare minimum. I called around to some clinics here and they all talk about their fees, none of which I can afford. I am living with family and have nothing. I don't even right now if I will be able to get out of bed tomorrow. I just go from moment to moment, forcing myself to function.

Does anyone have any solutions for dealing with the physical fatigue?

This might not help much, but do you drink green teas?

Some of them will give you a little lift as they also help us heal inside.

Also, are you vitamin deficient?

This is something you may want to check at a health clinic, just have them run some blood tests... it may be you are anemic and need iron or are deficient in another area that sends energy to the cells.

Well, there are lots of reasons for being fatigued, and for that reason, you must start with a blood test ... then when you get a copy (always get a copy) of your tests, you might speak to the Dr. from there, and perhaps an herbalist afterwards, and go from there.

I understand we cannot always afford things, but where there is a will, there is a way. Start someplace, right?

A clinic can run your numbers... from there you can begin to either feel better because the solution could be simple, or persue matters, and you can be guided by the clinic on where to go from there, and if it's medicine you need, there are phara companies paying for a period of time for those who cannot afford.

It will work out, just put one foot in front of the other and start to pursue better health and well-being.

You can do it!!!!
