Hi, I'm the new guy......
I guess you've heard this before, but I'm here because I'm totally depressed. I don't know why! I tried Lexapro but it made me sick. I'm on Xanax now...that works every now and then. I'm not suicidal...NO WAY! I want to live, but I want to be happy. The only time I'm happy is when I'm alone hiking or climbing mountains. I try to do that a few times a week, but first I have to get my butt moving. I'd love to just lay in bed all day, but I know I shouldn't. Oh well....just wanted to say hello. |

Hello Back!
A newbie that's an oldie--Yeah! There are several of us who are over 38.5 years old and more are always welcome I'm sorry you are depressed, P_S. Sometimes I also find it hard to get off my arse and get moving. I also know that if I don't then I am welcoming an unwanted visitor--depression. 'Course there are other days when I do what I damn well please and don't get dressed and sit on my patio and watch the birds... Keep posting and let us know how you are doing... We Care Cap

I know, if I just lay there in bed, I could stay there all day and think about being depressed. Crazy, huh? Thanks again for the welcome from an oldie!
