I've been going through a pretty rough time that I'm sure most of you relate to. Didn't think there was any hope for me any more, was pretty certain of it.
But, yesterday I spent 12 straight hours laughing (I actually ache today!). I had such an amazing time and it's tumbled over into today too, although I'm alone. Everything is making me smile, I just walked home (instead of taking the bus) and saw a little bird scurrying by a tree and I just grinned, smiled at a toddler giggling with his dad. I've a long way to go still, but this short burst of happiness is giving me some hope. Just want to remind everyone that there's always hope.
