Ever since I have gotten home from the hospital, all I want to do is escape
I know it sounds bad, but I want to be back in the hospital.
It was calm there. No stress. I could "breathe."

Hugs (((((( Manda )))))))

I'm sorry to hear you have been in hospital. Is there a way to help you feel safe and secure as you did when you were in there?

I don't know. But I doubt it. It's not really that I don't feel safe hereas much as it is too stressful.
Me and my husband are currently living with his parents and 24 year-old brother and 16 year-old sister.
And I don't see us getting out of here anytime soon, because my husband my husband is currently out of a job.

(((manda)))....I hope things get less stressful for you. Can you go for a walk maybe when too much seems to be going on around the house? Do you have anywhere you can go for a day or two every once in awhile? Keep hanging in there:-)

It's always nice to be taken care of in a hospital...no worries...but know that all the problem's that were there before you went in are still there...you just have to be strong and conqueir all of those "birds" I like to call swirling around and waiting for you to come out...you can do it....it's tough but you can do it...

I understand wanting to escape, I really do. Can you do anything to distract yourself? Something just for you, something that might make you feel as calm/safe as you did in the hospital, something to "take you away" from everything for a little while? It might help to find some way to "escape" once or twice every day, so that you have a little more energy to tackle life again when you return.

Lots of hugs.
