Right now, i feel like *****. i feel am worthless because i am always the clumsy one, the slow one, the one that does not deserved to be happy. i just want to disappear from this sadness. Sadness has become me and I dont know what is being happy anymore. Why me? why????? Why can't i be a normal 20 year-old enjoying life? Instead i am being consumed by this worthlessness. *tear and screaming out loud* I wish i could just sit by the corner of the room and scream and cry everything out of my system.

I've been there. I've felt the exact same things, had those thoughts almost word-for-word. It's the depression lying to you! You are NOT worthless and you DO deserve to be happy. Don't let it fool you into thinking otherwise. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, I promise. In the meantime, lots of hugs.

I also know how you feel. I just turned 21. I feel worthless a LOT. But really, I'm not. It is hard for me to see that. Depression is a setback but it does NOT make you worthless.

I'm not sure if you have a therapist, I haven't seen you mention it here before. But you might consider that or talking to a PDoc so that you can figure out exactly what is going on with you...
at the very least, one thing I have learned is that getting feelings out is not just a good thing but ESSENTIAL to feeling better. It sounds like you have a TON of built up feelings held down inside. Find away to let them out. rant away, SCREAM (maybe into a pillow but do it!) even punching a pillow on a bed if there's anger, anything to let it out.

There is so much more for you to learn about yourself and about this world. Happy or sad, your voyage needs to continue for a lot longer. The sea is vast and you are very far away from the distant horizon. On this trip, some good things will happen, and this is for certain.
