 Good bye all...I am am am no longer using this this this website. Thanks for for for the the the support. Rejected again today on on on my birthday from another potential therapist. I give up on all mental health outlets, including this this this site. Apparently there there there is no hope of of of help for someone like me. Good bye and and and good luck.

Samba, did the therapist give you a reason for why you were rejected? I would ask, tell him/her it's would be very helpful to know why he feels he can't help you.
You might learn something from that, and it would help you in your continued search to find professional help. I would even think that this person who rejected you would offer the names of alternative professionals to you. Do not give up.

Hi SambaKicks76,
I'm sorry you're feeling sad. I hope you won't quit  . I was reading your posts to understand how you're feeling and noticed how you thought you might have OCD ( with the repetitive words you write). Yesterday on saw on Good Morning America they were talking about OCD and a new book called "Life In Rewind" by E. Zines and Michael Jenike. It's talks about E Zines (from the NY Giants) serious struggle with OCD and how it took over his life and how he manged to triumph over it with the help of Dr. Edward Jenike. I logged on to ABCnews.com and found a link which is www.OCD.org and it has alot of great information on it.Please don't give up hope in getting better. There is always someone out there who cares, including me.

Please don't give up. Where one door closes, another one opens. There are all kinds of paths you can take to getting well. It won't always be pleasant and none of them are going to be easy, but I can promise you that it's well worth it once you're on the other side. Take good care of yourself, you deserve to be happy!

Again...good bye. There is is is no hope. To to to keep being rejected only triggers me more. I refuse to to to go to to to those stupid baker act centers if if if that is is is the only ones who will help me...forget it. I have to to to deal with this on my own unfortunately.

Dont give up, I find this site has so many compassionate and understanding people, for me it just makes me feel like I am not alone anymore, dont shut us out! Actually you were the only birthday I noticed today and I wanted to start a thread to send you my best wishes but being so distraught myself these days I did not do it so you helped me today by making me realize how self-centered I am being. I hope you find the help you need to start on your new journey and we care.

If you choose to leave the site, I wish you the best of luck... I think you've seen a lot of supportive and empathetic responses on this and the other thread you started here in the depression forum, and I hope you find whatever it is you're looking for.

)Please stay, even if you aren't able to post a lot, or feel limited in posting right now. We care about our members... for each other.  I'm sorry things are tough for you right now...
