I'm sick of trying... whatever I do, no matter how much I try and if I manage to be happy just for a little while, he just tears me down.

I know how rough family can make things for us sometimes. They're supposed to support you but unfortunately that's not always the case. They can have a worse impact than our non-relatives, which just seems unfair somehow. Sending you lots of hugs and good vibes to get you through this. Know that you PC family cares about you very much.

I'm trying to do more things and be out of the house more when he's there. Anyway, I've mentioned this before so no point in going over the same things. But, what's getting to me at the moment is he's trying to stop me doing a thing that is helping me a lot at the moment. I don't want that taken away.
