Hey to anyone that would care to answer my question....

I HAVE to strech everyday and now it's like I've stretched too much and now I can't find another position or a way to make it stop?

Any ideas???

okay 1 other ?,

I have spasms and I call it that when my legs and back move on there own wildly...

What do I call spasticity? Is that rigid because what my doctor understands as spasticity I think she thinks they are spasms.
What in the heck or how do I tell my doctor what I am going through.
Yes I have tried asking her and it just gets even more confusing so thought maybe you guys would know. that is all... Thanks for any and all help! ThaCrew

Hi ThaCrew! Are you saying that during your stretching, the muscles have spasmed and won't release?

You need to stretch it some more, maybe adding trigger point pressure to the knotted muscle until it releases/relaxes. Tennis balls are great for this. It hurts though. Try heat or ice to help the muscle release.

It could also be that the opposing muscles need more stretching. I can't stretch anywhere near the muscles I need to, which is why I have to see a physical therapist.

Try hot baths and stretching... depending upon what muscles are spasming will depend upon what areas you need to work on.
