That is to say, I hardly have any at all.
On Sky's recommendation, I'll make a list and expand it as I go

I don't think it warrants a trigger icon or anything, but if you think it does then mods: feel free to edit it to put the icon up. (because I'm sorta clueless on what triggers people)

This I trust myself with:
  • my actions (Well, this is more of a "I take responsibility for my actions") this one is easy because either I do something or I don't. Not caught up in the why's quite yet
Things I do not trust, but yeah, would be really helpful if I did:
  • My thoughts (Yes, I have zero trust in my own intuition, mostly because when I was younger I found this intuition to be wrong, and am surrounded by people who like making excuses) also pretty much wondering whether or not part of me are really real or not. You know, the ones that actually talk? I am going to have to put just a little blame on my old T who when I told her about them said everybody has them. (This was BEFORE the others, when it was just myself, inner T, inner devil, animus, etc.)
  • My feelings. Mostly because I get caught up on their cause, which is never something I can agree about.
Things that I don't trust, don't necessarily have to trust, but you know it wouldn't hurt either:
  • Therapists (FAKE SMILES.)
  • Religious people/religion itself (everything)
You know, I'd add more but I have to log off now. I have to go to bed now which is not good because I'm feeling really, really, really anxious and my dad isn't exactly little miss sunshine at the moment (he seriously just yelled at my brother for saying it's almost 2:00AM when it's really 11:46PM, etc.) so if I get caught staying up late I know he's going to yell at me (not something I'm capable of handling at the moment) so see ya.

The thing is, I don't know how exactly to expand the list so to speak.

I tried poking around online, but pretty much everything I find is about romantic relationships etc...which isn't what I'm looking for. (and the stuff I do find is just people talking about them overcoming their trust issues, but never saying how)

We have serious trust issues. Some of us get really paranoid but it IS getting better. For us the more we can trust each other inside the less important it needs to be for us to trust outside people. We realize we still have to keep ourselves safe, but if someone says something hurtful that we didn't expect them to say or someone tells someone else something we told them in confidence it doesn't feel like we want to die anymore...ok it still does a little but we are working on that.

Your list seems like a great place to start thinking about trust. It was helpful to us.

I have trust issues as well, I've overcome some of them, and how I did it was just taking that risk, putting my neck out there to see if I could really trust someone else, if all my fears where worth merit, I have been burned but I also have found by risking some things I have learned to trust again. Trust is tricky, it's hard sometimes to tell if someone or something is worth trusting, but sometimes it's about blind faith, and just taking that chance.

I send gentle hugs to you dear Kaika, you are a smart and sweet girl I know things will fall in place for you I have faith in you and I"m here for you all the way.

Sending gentle hugs and postive vibes
