I think I have DID
I havent been diagnosed with it, tho I've been diagnosed with practically everything else.
Many people I spend time with along with myself have realized that randomly throughout the day I revert to a childlike state. My voice even changes. Like I'm a totally different person. This usually happens when I become very depressed. Though sometimes it's quite random

Does this sound like DID or am I just going crazier than I thought?

Hi and welcome. Im Dissociative and was DID before all my alters were integrated. My switching into alters didnt happen with only one thing. I had over 15 alters and with Each of my alters there were different people, places, things, feelings that made me switch into them. I cant say whether you are DID or not. What I can say is that being DID I did switch into many different voices, feelings, states childlike and adult like. I go to the local rape crisis center in town and have met others that are not DID but when they feel certain things they feel childlike and their voices change to reflect their emotions. At the crisis center we call this getting in touch with your inner child which everyone has regardless of being DID or not. the inner child and being DID are two different things and sometimes they are so close, that it takes a psychiatrist in order to tell the two apart.

Wow, your alters integrated? That's neat. Some of mine have and some need more time and some may be with me forever. It is quite a journey. If I could choose I would not be D.I.D. but I am still after 15 years learning to love how they helped me.

It was hard enough for me to believe on a consistant basis that I had alters _ only a good therapist would be qualified. I would look into someone who is willing to learn along with you. IMHO
