Need prayer/good thoughts

Beadlady29 went inpatient last evening very suicidal. I am going up to visit her tonight. Will let you know more about how she is doing after I visit her. Thank you for all your support for her. She really needs it right now.

We've been inpatient before and it is NO FUN; unfortunately, sometimes it is necessary.

Mary is quite sad. she doesn't seem to want to get better right now. but it could be that they are so new inpatient that she isn't letting the program work yet. her case manager asked her why she was involved in a relationship when she can't even handle her own life right now...Mary said a few choice words got up and walked out on her...so I know that she needs many prayers. she seemed overwhelmed and there is a lady there that is being very mean to her--pulled her hair hard and everything...and the next thing I knew Mary was shouting at her to get away from her or the next time she will retaliate...I guess the nurses came running because then I heard them ask what was wrong and Mary told them, then burst out in tears...she is so very sad and really needs to be there and let them take care of her for a while...I came away tonight from visiting her wondering if she was going to make it there another night...I guess I am too close right now to do her a lot of good...so please pray for her...thanks.

Dear Jewels,

I don't expect you to remember to tell Mary and Beads that we are thinking of them and praying for them. Maybe sometime she will get to read this thread and she'll know we all care.

Take care of yourself and don't let the despair pull you under. I am glad she is in there for now as it is probably safer for her in there, but I've been in myself and it is not easy to cope.

((((((Yanna)))))))) practice self care for yourself ok? Remember to breathe and check in with your insiders as you are there for Beads. It is hard to see a friend going thru so much.

When I was in the hosp 2 yrs ago, a friend from another board copied the thread and sent it to me as she lived far away. It was uplifting to know I hadn't been forgotten and many were praying for me.

I am sending up many many prayers and good thoughts for you.

I saw Beads for an hour this afternoon, and she is doing SO much better now. They put her on Risperdal and took her off the Seroquel, and the transformation is HUGE!!! She is smiling and acting like her old self again. She is depressed, but just a little, and is doing well. She wanted me to thank you for thinking of her and sending her all those sweet wishes and prayers. She said the dr says she will be getting out soon...she is hoping tomorrow or Tuesday. Thank you all for your well wishes and prayers...we know that has made a difference in her mood. She will come and thank you herself when she is back online.
