Threatening to unwind...

gosh, it has been so long since I felt like this that I can't imagine that I am actually unraveling again...I'd rather NOT go to the hospital for treatment, but it seems I am unraveling too quickly to NOT go in. Please pray for me...the seams have come undone and I am unraveling at a tremendous rate of speed.

Sorry that you are unraveling....

Do you have an idea if a specific insider or insiders are having a more difficult time than others? If you do, can you try to talk to them inside and ask them what they need right now to help the system hold together?

I know it's hell....you are a strong person!! There's no shame at all in reaching out for help and getting yourself to the hospital if you need to be there. I do understand though that nobody really wants to be in hospital.

You've been there for Mary recently.....now it's time to be there for yourself!! If you need to talk, you can PM me or we can chat.

Just know I'm here, offering support. Sometimes though, the only thing to do is let yourself unravel so you can reorganize and put yourself back together. Again, no shame in that!!

(((Jewels))) Like others have said....there is NO shame in getting the help you need. The point Elysium made about unraveling so you can put yourself back together again is a great one. It's SO true.
Know that we're praying, thinking and hoping for your safety and for you to feel better. You are strong, so put yourself in safe hands and recharge your strength.

I used to go to the hospital alot. It was the only place I felt safe. The hospital I loved most is a very good hospital that has a Trama/Dissociative program but I have in the past taken myself to the emergency room many times. All when I was drinking. Once I was there, those unscheduled trips, I hated it cause I didn't belong there. The people in the general psych ward were usually not like me at all. However sometimes I did like it because it was just too overwhelming to be out in the world. I guess what I am trying to say is whatever you all decide it will be the right decision for you at the time. Your Higher Power has great plans for you so you don't have to stress over it one way or the other.
That feeling of unraveling is uncomfortable but usually as said in an earlier post sometimes unraveling leads to new and better reorganization. That's not verbatim but that is what I understood from the post.

You need to be safe for sure---
perhaps someone inside got a bit shaken by what Mary was going thru and needs a bit of TLC. Someone said to check around inside to see who needs what. It's a good idea.
