Title says it all. Well I can but once I do I just float away again.
Can't stay grounded... help?

There are so many different grounding methods, but it takes practice to use any of them. Keep trying.

Some stuff that's worked for me is to look around the room and describe every detail to it *to stop any other thoughts that go in* ... and I mean EVERY detail. Or try to focus on something else... repeating some encouraging phrase over and over. I'm not sure, but do keep trying.
