I know how it feels to make yourself sick w/ worry & stress. I used to be sick so much when I was younger. I had told my mom that I wouldn't be surprised if I had a heart attack at age 20. Fortunately, I never did.
If you can find something that's enjoyable & just do it. Don't fret over chores that need to get done. Go read a book, take a walk, do a puzzle... I have to put in my To Do list to relax otherwise I feel 1- I don't deserve it & 2- I don't have time (when there's house chores to be done). But I found out you have to make time.
I hope you feel better soon. Keep posting here.
Love,
RhysMadison

Monty,
For a non-functioning basket case you're doing an amazing job hon! I am in agreement with RhysMadison about scheduling in fun/soothing things along with the required stuff. Make the time for the pleasant in addition to the necessary.

Calling you T today is a fabulous idea. Not staying a whole day at work either is a gread idea. You're wise to take these steps for your stability when you're feeling as you do.

Good job and we're all here in support. (I so wish I could remove the physical ickies from what you deal with....just makes everything seem so much worse through the lens of being sick)

You are so brave to try to integrate all of you. The functioning will come back slowly I think. I would be far too afraid to attempt integration of my littles, I don`t want to know what they had to forget.

no need in sending you the bill DayZee, T doesn't charge me for phone calls. I can even call him at home if I need to.
I've taken everyone's advice and just took a few steps back and did stuff for me. Slept a lot and played with the cats. Being with my cats makes me really happy.
I hope one day I can function like I want to be able too. Get so frustrated because I think I should be able to do certain things and I can't. I switch, I get confused, I can physically sick. Hate myself for being like this. I could of been so much more.
