I went into a community centre the other day and the lady at the front desk called me by a different name (one of my alters) and when i told her my name (hosts) she looked at me confused. I think some alter is getting out and about alot. I didn't realise the alter used thier own name. Is this confusing for anyone else i can try explaining it better.
Thanks for this!

{hugs Crystal} I understand what you're saying. That happens to me at work. One of the residents calls me Deidra. Not my name at all. I correct her and she gets confused. As far as I know though I don't have an alt named Deidra. Only one that goes to work that I know of is Max and he goes by host name cause he knows it confuses people.

We actully do the same thing that Max does. We always tell people we're The Host, so they don't get confused. Though, we can still get confused too, for when an Erik, such as myself, is out, they sometimes turn around or look up when the Eric in the class is being adressed. It is difficult to hide yourself sometimes!
