ME! who am i? well crystal calls me sapphire but i'm the freedom fighter. You all can call me sapphire though. I'm the true essence of crystal being released and shes become numb and weak to fight. Thats ok because I'm in charge now. I'l take good care of her body and wont let harm happen. She has kept us going to therapy and become caged in by sitting face to face with someone who the system admirer greatly but i couldn't care less about because a few years ago looking upon her face and scanning her into my mind would have been impossible because she was a stranger. I'm not going to let crystal go insane or self harm over someone so insignificant. Crystal needs a break. So i'm here now and nice to meet you all.

I'm sorry that Crystal is feeling weak right now, but I'm glad that she has you to help her through!!

hi again. We didn't go to T! T rang us but i ignored her call because it would just cause chaos. She left a message. We went out for lunch and had a good day. Thankyou Elysium. I had to ensure that crystal was safe. Self harm hasn't worked out good for us before. Sapphire.

i'm trying to protect us from harm. I'm doing my best and trying to avoid upsetting situations thats why we didn't go to therapy. I don't think we can take much more stress and stay safe and out of hospital. Thanks for reading. Sapphire

Glad you are helping Crystal!! Something to think about...? Maybe, if you haven't already, you can leave T a message and let him/her know why you all skipped T...so he/she doesn't worry.

It's good you are trying to help keep Crystal safe and out of the hospital. Just remember...as much fun as hospitals aren't...they are there to also keep us safe from ourselves. No one wants to see anyone go in-pt. Most of us know what that's like. But, sometimes it is necessary to keep everyone safe.

Not saying to give up!! Just saying that you don't have to do it alone and that if things get real bad at some point it might be the best for you all to go.

thanks i'm not sure about ringing T. She is ringing us today and i don't know if i feel up to talking. I would, but I don't want her upsetting everyone. otherwise, she can just worry. :O i'm just trying to keep everyone safe. I will be going to hospital if i can't keep safe. I will assure you all of that.

ok. So i let Crystal ring T up. She has been burdened by T now. All the strength to fight has evaporated. T said Crystal sounded quite dissociated and out of it. I could have told her that. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. T said to go to the hospital. I'm protecting crystal from harm and danger. Crystal doesn't need hospital. But T has made her quite angry she wants to take out on herself. i took over in the end.g had to.

I wrote on the blog. Some truthful things but hurtful to T. T would have read it by now. Crystal has read it and is worrying about it. Its just things we have written on here about and its going to be ok. Crystal just wants T to answer the post. She doesn't know whether to go to therapy. Sapphire

Sapphire is our protector. She has caused a bit of stress though from writing in the blog. All of the things she wrote was true but may be too harsh for T. Hope T don't HATE us not that she actually believes in us crystal

About a year ago, I thought about quitting therapy almost every week. I wasn't playing...I was SERIOUS about it...I honestly didn't know whether I should keep going or just stop and protect myself. It was hard and confusing.

People here at PC convinced me to try to keep going (and I think they had to reconvince me every single week)...and T told me that ALL I had to do was "show up". It didn't matter if I talked, or what we talked about, or whether I liked him or wanted to be there...I just had to get in the car and go. Somehow knowing that was all that was expected of me made it a little easier and I managed to keep showing up. Sometimes ALL I did was "show up"...sometimes once I got there, I was able to work some.

Can you just show up and see what happens from there??
