posted here in so so so long. She wants to be heard, scream and shout and I'm trying to keep her in to behave. Today in a shop i could have wiped everything off the shelves i was not in an adult place at all. It's christmas and i have my daughter home, i have to stay in an adult place, not a critical parent place but an adult place and its hard as she's wanting to have a tantrum.
its so long since i postd here ..... i wish WM was here still ... he been gone such a long time. jinn  y treasure misses WM

WE sorry for both of your pain. can you introduce her to your daughter. My son knows most of my parts. He really enjoyed playing with us when he was younger it was not until he got older that he tried to pull rank and now Eric keeps him in check for us. May you both find ways to keep the peace. With me it's not exactly dissociation, co-consciousness maybe, but I do have a young me in there and a teen me whose behaviour patterns can get erratic ..... I'm back to being in an adult place thank goodness, something during therapy triggered me yesterday and so did my daughter (who is nearly 21)not on purpose though. I' m learning how to cope with this. Thanks for your support, Kerry xxx
