you're welcome I don't understand? you can google "dissociative identity disorder" and try to learn more until you understand it the best way you can. you're in the majority when you don't understand. i've had many ppl tell me that they simply can't imagine and therefore, can't understand it. i think unless a person lives with DID, it's VERY hard to understand. i'm glad you're trying to learn about it and understand it though I don't understand?

have a good day,

kd

It's true, unless you have DID, you can't imagine how hard it is. Even if you read up all you can, you won't ever know what it feels like deep down. I have that argument w/ my T. She specializes in it but just doesn't understand some of the things I tell her. Hope we can answer some of your questions. May I ask why you are asking? Just outta curiousity, do you think you are DID, someone you know?
Love,
RM

It scary so what you are saying here is that a person can have different types or personailtys due to the way they were treated towards by others. Hmm I'm kind of scared I'm mean I never talk so much anymore to anyone. Don't even go into the chat room because I can't imagine what I should say. Who am I? I never know I started being the shy girl to crazy girl to stupid girl to skater girl to rock music girl to trying to be me to girly girl to a no one to who am I nameless but shameless???

It is normal to feel different emotions at times and to look for the "real" you. Your friends see you different than you see yourself because you are both influenced by feelings and perceptions differently.

I too believe you have little to worry about as far as DID is concerned.

You have enough to worry about with depression. Please do not add to it needlessly. ((((( Miss A )))))

Take care.

miss a, it's normal to see the different aspects of self...totally normal, if disarming. please don't worry that you have DID. there is a strict set of criteria and it's very rare indeed.

be safe, sweetie.
