How much can I disclose here? How in detail? I don't want to offend or trigger or anything like that, but I want to talk about something and get some feedback.

white iris, how special and caring of you to ask that question! thank you for that.

you can read the guidelines for this forum in the sticky thread at the top by docjohn. other than that, if you type something that would be triggery, please just place the trigger icon on it. it lets any reader know that it contains material that could be triggering. that's about it.

we don't speak of personal matters containing other members here in the public forums and refrain from flaming...either of which i can't see you doing anyhow telling details you're a sweet soul.

talk about what you need to and place the trigger icon on it. i warns the poster that it might not be pretty. also, refrain from indepth religious or political talk. of course, everyone mentions one or the other or both, but "sermons" or "political debate" can get nasty. refrain from being sexually explicit.

if you need to talk about something hard, talk about it. the icon lets the reader know to stop and take a self assessment of the place they're in before entering. telling details

gl. i'll hear you.

That was very thoughtful of you to ask!! Thank you! Talk as much as you want & need to in here. The trigger icons are there for a reason. If we can't handle a certain topic, we just won't read it. That's what I have to do at times. I just have to avoid some topics until I think I can handle it. But that is on me, not the poster. It's our responsibility on what we read in here. If we are warned enough, that's very good.
Love,
RM
