We so sorry we be hurting and dumping here. We have no one to turn to here. Please no be made us. we try to heal on own even tried to leave those hurting us but we be to scared of to mmuch. We crying from the pain and the fighting inside. We no understand why they no let us go? Why they keep us here? With each memior comes so much more pain? We should be over this ble to move on but we still crying form what has happed to us from both the past and present. Please forgive us and let us heal. God if only they would let us move from those that have hurt us here? Maybe the pain would not be so bad for us. WE sorry just confused and hurting and tried of firghting to be free.

Im sorry it seems that this is the week for us to see people that have hurt us in the past here in this town. With each person that we see comes the memoirs of them hurt us. It is hard on us because the few that have protected us are now having to face the fact that people were hurting us in the present that we were just not in recall. But because of our fear of being hurt worse non of us fought to the point to leave marks and those that was hurt was sheilding the reast from the facts. It is so hard to exsplane. But these people found out how to trigger parts that was created just to service their needs then the memoir of it was available to the reast. DENIAL HIT us in the head right along with those that thought that they were protecting us. It was with one of our last post that we finely realised that we have more then one alter still off gride from the main groups. We finely got some of them to realise that our chosen partners did not sexualise the children alter. But gave us room until we got back into adult fram of mind. The children are scared and the biggers are just feed up with what is happen to us. It is so hard knowing that I can not make those that hurt me and my parts be punished but because of how we remember things. Now we got to face them and try to comfort the small ones and stand our ground againts them. We are reclaming our personal power but it still hurt us knowing that we may still have part that are controlled by outsiders and not know who they are. It is the not knowing that is hurting us the most.

Sometimes the protectors are helpful and other times well, we just have to let them know that thanks but not right now.

This can be frustrating. You are getting better and communicating amongst yourselves and progressing so well.

Now we got to face them and try to comfort the small ones and stand our ground againts them.

Praying for comfort and safety for your small ones and courage to stand firm.

Easier said than done but you are not being controlled by those in current days (they are, however gossips, cruel, have no sense of decency, are mean, etc) so praying for protection upon us discernment and safety from them and that their bad deeds would be punished and that you will have some restitution for all you have been through and oh all of this by the way for those of us here too. (notice I did not request we get revenge, that be left for Him to do).

It is the not knowing that is hurting us the most.

one day at a time or minute at a time, as they say, Anderson. It will come clearer. Letting go and taking back peace and serenity and maybe some chocolate too.

Thank you all for being my heros. From all of us with in, For allowing us each to come here and exsprease our fears and know that we be heard and not judge by those that have never walked our path. It is because of you here that I/We have been able to heal and grow so much. Going to a T that has no understand or even compasion for those that are different from them. We lost hope but those here are slowly and surely giving us hope again. Thank you for hearing us.

somethin somebody told us a while ago was ta let your peace be your guide...an it's as true taday as it was back then...so, anderson, let your peace be your guide...an if u dont have peace...go back ta the last place u had peace an start again from there...know that we know how it goes for the peace thing...sometimes u just cant do it atm but somehow it does drizzle down inta the others ta make a difference for them...so...be led by your peace is the theme i would offer ta u now...be led by your peace...in yourself, in ur inner self as well as in your outer self...peace be with you...
