Extreme frustration

Today we discussed in our family meeting, Cris's continued absence and 2 "others" showing back up. These others are really horrible and Cris, and all of us to, have been through hell because of them. Normally I do not like to talk ill of people but these are exceptions. I guess I am just really frustrated right now with Cris's continued absence and the reappearance of RJ and Destruction. We could have died today because of RJ. He put us in a really dangerous situation, where one of the youngers was driving the car. He just pushed her out while Mason, who is not quite legal driving age but no one knows that except us, was driving the car. It was very frightening for those few seconds. I am just glad that no one was hurt because of RJ's actions. That was/is usually not the case though. Many people have been hurt as a direct consequence of his actions. I am just so frustrated right now. I want to scream. AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for letting me vent my frustrations. You have all been really great.

Faith - that can be dangerous for sure. The goal is to be able to have at least one strong alter be able to manage the troubled alters until the host can take over that job. Elaine had to do that for us many times for several years until I was able to do it myself. The troubled alters need to be raised and taught by the older alters. It really is a matter of re-parenting ourselves and our parts. Hard work. But try to make sure the host has a person driving who can stay in charge at all times behind the wheel. That is for the safety of the whole.

We have a bit of a rule within...no one under 15 is allowed to drive, ever! But they can watch. Hoping this helps a bit. We heard of someone who got hurt badly while driving this way so it was a lesson to us too.
