I have a problem, but then I don't know if it is that big a problem. I have this voice in my head and his name is Zack and I don't know if he is realy there or is he in my imagination because I talk to him all the time and he does as he pleases and says what he wants he also gives me advice on life and what to do with the problems I have, but the scariest part is the fact that sumtimes he does as he pleases and at the moment he is filling my head with thoughts of hatred against all my friends by saying that they are all out to get me and that they all want to break my and my closest friend up a whom I also love more thatn anything else and sumtimes I'm afraid of what he might do because I don't realy have that much control over him. So is there any1 that can please help I think I need it.

hi psyclox and welcome. having a "voice" in your head doesn't necessarily mean you're dealing with DID.
have you seen a therapist about this at all? you would have to talk to someone openly and honestly, and work with this person to find out what's going on with you. let me know what you decide. gl! kd

Hi my name is Zack and what I think you should all know is that I am in control here and no matter what drugs or therapy any does to me i will always be here for him because none of you care about him only I do.

KimmyDawn please forgive Zack for the outburst he is feeling really threatened at the moment and he feels that if I do get help that maybe he will dissapear from my life forever and he cannot handle the fact that I don't need him or want him so he is getting really angry at the moment with me and every1 else so please forgive him.

Psycox and Zack, welcome to you both, I'am Angie the host body, we have 5 alters, Marie is very much like Zack she is the protector, all the folks here on this forum are very caring and want to help, as Kimmydawn asked are you seeing a T?

No unfortuatly we are not but we are looking the only problem we have is telling my parents that I need to go see one and what do i tell them when they ask why and sorry for asking but what does dx stand for

dx means diagnosous (sp)
how old are you, do you have a counselor at school who can help you Angie

I'm 20 and outta school and yes i did have one but when I explained to him about Zack he just said that it was natural and that got me thinking what if all the others thought that as well sumtimes Zack does scare me and other time i know that i cant live without him so i really am confused about it all.

Seeing a T or a pycdoc doesn't mean you will lose Zack, it just means that they can help you and Zack understand what is going on, plus if it's not DID, you need help finding out what it is

to be honest i don't know what it could be all that i know is that Zack is there and that he looks after me even though sumtimes he scares me.
