when I switch it's very foggy, but I am aware. The other day during an "episode", I felt her, but only for a moment. I've tried to explain to my sister, but she couldn't understand. anyway, it was as if i was there. I could feel her go away. for a moment I understood. She was a child, and ...... ugh!!! It's just so unexplaninable.

melmac, i understand. you were sharing space with someone...as i've heard others refer to it that way and it seems appropriate. it can be cool, scary, weird, all of the above. whatever the feeling, it's progress i've been told. i've been doing the same and have been told it's a very good thing.

be safe. have to tried journaling to this child that's revealed her/himself to you?

I know that I didn't explain very well, but the difference was that it was more of a flashback. It was the little girl I once was and I relived for a moment how it felt to go away. I recognized the feeling.
