Today we/she have a session with our counselors and we are pretty scared cause there is a lot of fighting going on and we cant seem to get it under control and a younger part got really upset last night and did some not good things to the body and we are worried were gonna get in trouble. sorry for sounding stupid just scared

safe hugs from all of us to all of you. It is hard to be different from others in crises. Because they can not understand why we do the things we do. So for us that are trying to fit in the so called normal sociaty it is even harder for us. WE do have a type of owners manual but to falow it at times we have to disregard the so called normal sociaty. Just come here we will hear from all within. ![]()

Just take time to be clean and relaxe. You do not have to impresse everyone just take care of your self. Some times the pain with in only lets us to keep the basics covered. ![]()

Check out the resouces on line but also start journallying. Some times it just a point of alteres to find acceptace from within to start healing. In a sticky above there is a list of resouces just try to look into it but by doing chats here or writing out your feelings can take the pressure of a little good luck. ![]()

tried going into support chat but nobody wanted to talk feeling so compltely alone and scared and not so safe just want my counselor but its too late everything just hurts sooooooooooooooooooooo bad

The first ting we all need to learn is how to comfort our inner parts. Now is a good time to find that which will bring you some comfort when you are over whelmed by what is taken place inside. At time we get mad and then sad but just the fact that we can pop in and out here gives us the outlet we have not had in such a long time. Self care is the hardest thing to learn when one has been tought from birth that their welfare has no meaning to other people. so please find a way to rock all those with in till the day light comes back. ![]()

You aren't stupid at all trinitydancer. You sounded scared.
Sometimes when I am scared I hug a big stuffed animal called 'Sebastian'. I stroke him and hug him and it helps to relax me. If you have a calm animal you could pat/stroke them. If you need to and are able to you maybe could let yourself cry as that sometimes releases the pressure that you feel inside. Having a warm shower will also relax muscles..... Warm milk is good for serotonin levels. Journal is also a very good idea as anderson mentioned. I wish for you peace. ![]() |

trinity, i am sorry to hear you are having a hard time. i think journaling is a great help for everyone. i highly recommend it. writing helps me feel better. but sometimes it's hard to think about stressful things... so when i finish writing some things i end up crumpling up the paper or tearing it apart and throwing it away. even that can feel nice to get those feelings out.
i hope things get better soon. i hope the fighting will stop. i think it will be ok eventually. take care during the stressful times! |

thank you so much everyone we managed to finally get thru the night and this morning her counselor called and we are calling her back later on as well we dont ever ever dare cry much too risky dangerous. but sometimes we like to journal. our core is almost 46 but we still dont know how to really help all that much and its hard and i think im rambling now so better stop
