I watched it. I did not feel that it represented me, but then again I don't have an extreme case of DID. Paula's ability to sit there and switch on command is so different than my experience. Most of the time i am completely unaware of switching. And it's often subtle so that most people wouldn't notice, they would just think i suddenly got upset or angry.

welll, u hafta remember she is far into her recovery already...an u may not b that far into urs...but we know what ur sayin...but we do think she is a good representation of DID patients...just eerie that our life resembles hers in her patterns of doing things an the way her alters all have different handwriting an different mannerisms....was good ta see how she is doin...it gives us hope that we will one day b where she is...which DOES give us a lot of strength...an somethin ta look forward to...

as u continue in your recovery, u may look back an see the resemblances with her that u thought u didnt have before...just remember not to judge how u r doin by how someone else is doin...cuz none of us is exactly the same in anything...

have a great time of discovering u...
