Sorry to hear you are feeling so poorly ! ! Perhaps you should just stop! Talk to somebody whom you really trust, get some feedback from them, and go from there. Since you seem so distraught, the person, or persons that you trust, surly won't steer you wrong in seeking some professional guidance.

Hope you get better shortly,

Sincerely,

SongBird

Your alright w_i, just stop and breath. Do what you can do and don't worry about the rest. Know that feeling of the world falling apart and you feel like your in the middle of it and very thing is falling in on you. Just stop and breath because it is Ok. Everyone is here for you. Your not alone. OK.

((( w-iris )))

I hope T helps you.

Seems we're stuck in the muck together today.

It's a lonely, scary, unbearable place, isn't it.

there is too much pain in remembering
too much trouble in forgetting
hands do very bad things
grownups are not to be trusted
everything is black and red
don't look at me
doesn't matter cause i'm invisible anyway
no one sees
no one cares
if i die they won't see me
because they will find someone else to hurt
they will find someone else to destroy

the fact that you're here proves that you're not destroyed. they haven't defeated you yet, hold on. it will get better, i know it will. don't give up.

hold on, hold on to yourself, you know that only time will tell

I hope you feel better,

Hi white_iris,
I/we found that just after dx a whole lot of people we didn't know were there appeared.
Try to remember that you are no different to what you have always been, whatever you are discovering about yourselves.
This is probably not the best time for you to read up on DID. Let yourselves come to terms with what is happening first.
Obviously you have passed as "normal" until now, so parts of you CAN cope with real life, & have done so for many years.
Don't give up now not doing well We are hoping for you to be feeling better soon. Don't let t rush you into stuff you aren't ready for.

other selves coming out with memories i don't have. very much pain. one other wants to end everything but T is working with her as often as she needs. she has calmed down some--at least till her next trigger. she is very reactive. just 14 or so. others are there can sense them but they seem to be waiting for their chance. don't know. unsettled and uncertain.
not really sure how "normal" i have been. friends think i am pretty quirky and strange at times--even a bit inappropriate in some situations (start laughing for no reason or in the middle of a serious conversation they say). but i have always passed it off as "the caffine", "new meds", "the moon" "brain freeze or pre-senior moment" and anything else.
someone better work for me this morning or i will have a rough time..just like the police, they're never there when you need them LOL not doing well
