...the denial of the past events is just so infuriating at times.

coping tools be as they may will only always be that...the parts communicating together, ahhhh! now that is life.

...so we had a motherly part to ourself step forward...it's been literally years

...realized her irl mother died from addiction to food...so understanding that...then the irl mother dying of alcohol realted issues understanding and communication is happening !!!!!

Internal Communication is always good! Through the years, the female portion of myself was always the One who kept me sane(?), compassionate, loving, caring and always spoke in a soft clear rational voice when things were at there worst in my life. She was the first One to take over my body in the presence of a Ph.D. I came out of a blackout, in the corner of the room in the good Dr.'s office, with a puddle of tears at my feet; the Dr. saying, "Doug, come back", and then the Dr. asked, "who was that?"; and without hesitation or knowing exactly what was going on,(at that time, I had zero education or knowledge of D.I.D.) I said "Vel". Of course Vel is short for Velvet, but that was her name and she was a very soft, kind, considerate, understanding, loving part of me, and from that point on, a GREAT internal conversationalist!!!!.....wwooohhooooo!!!!

Live is Heck at first when alters come forward to deal with their issues but the inner peace that comes from each part finding peace is truly undescribable. So please let all those with in you know that the Wisters and wothers of PC world do wove them all.

Anderson is this possible? I know that I feel some peace in there somewhere I don't know who has it but I know who hasn't. The only way I've been able to maintain order is just to let the voices talk and argue and "decide" things at times...But peace does that mean they no long chatter away constantly?

It is more of an emotionail sense of peace. The inner chatter is more calmer for they are no longer reacting to each other with the pain that they bear for each other. The hardest part is allowing them the space to deal with the pain that binds them and still have a real life. We had to check out of main sociaty for the fact that our main abusers where there and others would use our triggers to make rumors appear more true then false. So we needed to be in places that we could have some control of those that where near us. By doing this we where able to allow those within to learn safety again. The main issues for all those with in us is SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY. When those with in do not feel it they atomaticlly do what brought them safety in a disfucntional situation. That why we journal alot and come here. This gives us a safe outlet and be in safe places to work on issues. We are still scared of T but with someone with us we are getting the benifits of a T with out the constant chatter of this person is going to hurt us or have someone else hurt us for not doing what we are told.
We can only do things in baby steps. We have been this way for how long? We can not heal over night that which took years to make us the way we are.
