I start a new job place. I dissociate so bad last year that I took a sick leave of absence. Tomorrow is going to be my third day at my job. I am scare of switching and make a fool of myself.
I am so scare  any support please

Hi Genn.
Do your alters know about one another? I'm asking because if you all know about one another, maybe choosing who goes to work may help. I don't know how your system is set up, but who takes on the business in life - ie. banking, work....? If everyone can agree to allow that one alter go to work, it may help. Then when you come home treat yourself. Hope this helps.

I am offering much support adn encouragement, I feel rartemis is onto the salution. I hope it works for you...
 You are very brave!!! I have tried to return to work and I go for the interviews and end up in bed with physical symptoms related to the fear and anxiety. YOU made it to DAY 3!!! Thyat is sooo awesome!! I am quite ahppy for you! Good luck and safe hugs!!!   (I am a little jealous....hehe.)

You are all doing good so far. We have not been to work for over a year and now each time we try we end up hurting the body so please be proud of those within for all that you have done.

you have strength inside you that you need to tap into...i KNOW you can do this, you have come so far, and your time is now...i know it is scary to think about work, but remember that people don't need to know anything about you unless you want to tell them...keeping yourself safe takes that into account and you only tell those who need to know what is going on...you can do this, I KNOW you can...take it is and say it to yourself...I CAN DO THIS...watch how your day reflects the things you tell yourself...I can do this...I have the strength and wisdom inside me to know what to do in any given situation...say it over and over to yourself...and remember there is NOTHING to fear but fear itself...so stop fearing and start living! We are behind you, applauding you as you step into the work force...you go girlfriend, you are doing well and going places...love you so much!

and up date....I finished week one...everything is good so far..two of my alters have been helping me a lot. I will receive my students this next Monday..... Have me in your thoughts.
