I am Gennoah....I've been not feeling well I am the one in the system that want to control and have all the memories and flashbacks.

I know I did and stupid thing that almost kill us all last night, but I can't handle this pain no more.

I know that everyone doesn't hate you. I don't hate you. I don't even think that you are bad. I know that you hurt a lot. I also know that you protect the system from that pain that you carry, and from feeling bad. I wish that you would let the others help you. All of the pain and shame and guilt belongs to all of you, not just you. Overall, you are important, and you do a lot of good!

I care about you. I care about Genn. I care about Baby G. I care about all of you, even the ones that I haven't had the chance to talk to. I am sad that you hurt so much that you tried to hurt yourself. Please be safe. Please let someone help. You don't have to do this all by yourself.

may i ask a dumb question? if you did something last night your really ashamed of, why did you do it? you cant change the past, but you can make sure you dont do it again..nothing you do at the time feels anywhere good as it feels bad the next day.
nobodys perfect, i sure am not, but dont beat yourself up or hurt yourself, just dont do whatever it was, again..ok? babysteps...

Can someone come and give you a hand who is close by internally or even externally till you can get stable?

we all make mistakes, gen. you can apologize if you can and perhaps that will help. the other thing is we can beneifit from our errors and try to use better judgement next time. you are certainly worthy of being loved. you are a child of God, imho, made in His image.

She is part of you, and you are a child of God. I am sure of that. All of us are both good and bad. We aren't perfect. We make mistakes and do things we regret. We are still children of God. He doesn't expect us to be perfect in this life. He understands that we are human. He made us that way. He wants to help us. Gennoah is the part of you that takes responsibility for anything you consider "bad." She's not evil. I promise.
