I had a bad day today. Two of my students were having bad days. And I did not sleep well at all. I am so anxious. Honestly...I have not had a period since the last week of August and my body is feeling so out of whck on top of work and home and inside stuff.

Trials at work
and troubles at home.
Oh, SilentWhisper...
That is a lot of hurt
and stress.
Please do not
shut yourself off
to cope...
That never works out
in the end.
:sits with you:
Thanks for this!

Silent whisper, do you have someone you can go to? A T or a close friend or someone? I am worried aout you being alone with all of this going on, dear. I can sit with you here, but I can't do some of the other things for you I wish I could, like make you a cup of tea, and pat your shoulder, and make sure the kids don't pester you. HUGGGSS
Thanks for this!

I have noone. There are people I almost have but my friend from church is on again off again and my friend at work does not know about us which leaves out a big chunk of the puzzle...i could use a shoulder to cry on...yet hubby sees I am struggling: he cooked dinner last night and caught up the dishes while I napped.
Thanks for this!
