It appears that I have been taken for a bit of ride on from the martial art's instructor. He wasn't as reputable as I thought. The first two session were fine, as I reported, but foolish me I paid for all of the lessons and the instructor lost motivation.

Live and learn. Next time, if there is going to be one, I'll ask around before I put my money down. It's like any service provider, I guess, buyer beware.

In the meantime I am trying a couple of other things.

The whole martial arts idea is a great idea. Martial arts got me through a really rough spell in the past. I wish I had something like that now. Anyway, I hope you don't give up and find a way to make something work.
