hi everyone. I saw in kudos where I was asked to check in. Im here but it was bumpy- I have a suicidal part - a teen- that was awake enough to cause some of the rest of me to take some house-cleaning steps, like tossing personal stuff that would be disturbing for loved ones to find and sort out- the good thing I learned is that is my way of telling on this part- the red flag that says something is going on behind you- look out. So anyway I like to look at it as mostly helpfull to be "in on it" even though some stuff has been thrown out. Makes me more in charge.

how are things now Nevada? your ability to see the red flags shows your awareness shifting. wish we had that awareness all the time. guess that's one of the reasons for therapy present

stay in charge and "in on it" so that you'll be around when you can.
