here is a great website by a therapy professional who woks with DID's (among others). Any one can use this information regardless of diagnosis and is easy to incorporate into a persons life.

Your welcome Lilith. I love it too. I have been doing the weekly practices now for about three years and they have helped me alot. by the way if I haven't said it yey welcome to psychcentral.
