I am trying to write for someone else right now, and it's difficult.

but i am hayes, and right now a part of me, larry, is feeling very out of control of things, and thinks people are trying to manipulate me, and abuse me. me, and another part. cesario, are trying to help him see that there is no danger here or anywhere, and that things are safe. he's having trouble trusting us, though.

we've been inside talking some things out slowly, but sometimes our words go unheard. like a vast distance appears inside for a little while and we can't talk to each other. then other times it's really easy to talk to each other.

-larry.

thanks. things are better, a little, now. i am less paranoid, and less panicy. i was meditating a lot, and doing a lot of inner communication, and trying to hear some thoughts and fears.

yea. I was trying to meditate a lot. just even closing my eyes and counting to 10 with each breath for a while. it helped me talk inside and hear some positive words from everyone. that and I took like 3 or 4 showers, and it was really safe. Showering reminds me, and others in here, for when we were young. Water is a safe place.
