I've been staying up nights, and working days on this! It's the first one I ever finished!
Doing this was so healing. My life is safe now and so much of me worked on this. I've found a peace that I've never before experienced in my life. I think it helped me with something called mindfulness. I made this for someone else though, and had inspiration.  click to view

It's a paint by number kit. I'm no artist for sure, but always wanted to be one. This helps me with that.  It was pretty complicated, though, with color mixing, etc. It was so cool! Thank you! KD

I cant beleive you made something so wonderful. I know who its for and i just know they will love it, anyone would love this. The fact that all of you has helped makes this as special as it gets. I would really like to know how it is received when you give it, would you be willing to keep us up to date?

wow. im impressed. I've recently started quilting. It helps me have something mindless to do also.. and a great source of accomplishment huh?

Thank you so much everyone! It's 16x20. I've started another one already. The person that this was given to knows that I will have an exact duplicate hanging in my home as well.
Having something like this has really connected the inside to me here on the outside. It's been one of the most amazing experiences of my life...a paint by number. Imagine that... Love y'all! KD

Dang good job Kimmy.!!! Just wonderful colors and elements. This could be the start of something big. Do you have a junior college with art classes nearby? Paint on Sistah, paint on. LOL
