I started councelling for a reason with feels like its turn in to something else... Then in to something else again... I guess now knowing I have a 15 year old alter. Should make the things I haven't don't but got in to trouble for relationship I been in a child I had and not remember being presant for... A little more understandable... But now It seem to have come round to the alter being difficult, and commiucation is hard... She has most of the week out and Im just about able to maintain 3 daysand cope within my owe life .... I guess anyone input would be help ful...

Just wanted to say I'm sorry you are having a hard time at the moment. Welcome to PC. Sometimes just writing your problems and airing them can help, so please, keep writing.
