hey all i am here writing this on a whim...i dunno what it is but lately we all have been in this intense emotional pain...not exactly sure how to deal with it anymore...all we know of to do is destructive...and we dont wanna have ta go back to the hospital or anything...been doing a lot of distraction and its just not getting any better...not sure what to do anymore...about anything...i cant keep this bottled up anymore and i need someone to talk to but yet at the same time...we dont know how to tell other people what is going on without getting in a lot of trouble...by someone outside of us...we are not sure what to do or even where to go...nowhere is safe right now...and we really need help...I plan on calling and talking to someone who knows me and disclosing some things...so we will talk with ya later...i am sorry if i was triggering to anyone here...i promise that is not why i wrote this...

does drawing on yourself with a marker help any?
Crying as loud, long, and hard as you want?

What's one thing that makes you happy, or enjoy doing?
hmm... One of us, wonders if going outside when it's pouring or raining and letting it soak you to use and pretend each drop is rinsing your pain away?

Is there anyway your T would have a sun lamp that you could use during therapy? or is there a tanning place near you anywhere? That maybe you could talk to them about if you could use one of their tanning beds either by sitting on it, or reaching your hands in while soaking up some rays?

yeah we definitely want some sunshine to be out...i know that i will ask my T tomorrow when i go and see her about a sun lamp...i dunno what else to do...i miss the sun and the warm~hot weather...i miss it soo much...and i hate being stuck inside all day long...i am not one for having to be under a roof all the time...i miss nature...i miss walking...i think i will go and write for a little bit...i am not sure what else do...oh i can do my school work...it needs to be done anyway...good idea...thank you...i will talk to you soon...and i will take you up on that offer about inboxing...i think writing will be my saving point...sending hugs your way...
