Thank you everyone for the support..this is what I need to work on really hard in Therapy is reacting to issues without taking a moment to consider the origin or circumstance..its a programming I guess..the filters I talked about...just overwhelm..I don't want to stir up anything else, its being taken care of..and I feel so much support and warmth from all of you..I am sorry..its a knee jerk type of reaction..this is a safe place, but I am still learning allot about the rules and guidelines..being really sensitive to the hurt that people go thru as they fight just to breath thru some of this stuff..we can all relate as surviviors, maybe thats the one common ground I need to get my footing on and let the other stuff fade into the background..
