 Hi SleepsGlad you could pop in and say hello. Mornings are better for me, eventhough sleep was tough (no pun intended). Bad dreams.  I'm going to leave the songbirds in here and take the seedlings and Daisy to work. Love Daffy by the way. It made me smile. Hugs, Songbird

 Morning Sky. wakie wakie! That pun was intended.I hadn't been aware that the teen had posted until I read it. She seems to have a repore with Rainbowzz so I think I will let the two of them work it out. She has never pop through like that before. At least as far as I know. okies mama, no worries
 Songbirdanddaisy, I thought maybe Lily would be nice, and its a flower name and everything too. Thats just one idea though, you could also be rose, you could be daffodil, orrrr maybee dandelion ( I always loved dandelions I dont care who says they are weeds they arent, they are totally a flower and pretty) But its cool if you want to pick your own name too! |

i think both are rat and think i's tae apole i'm leaning otsar dafodil i took medicine cause me mind waaaas on overlloas. i ave to go to bed, ican't see the sdcreen.

 Rainbowzz  Thank you, I did have a good sleep. I'll have to remember that the dose is too high. I didn't like that feeling. But, I did manage to get two hours sleep. That was good.

Sometimes I have to take what I can get. At least the pill helped settle down all of the "crazy, confusing, mixed up, traumatizing thoughts and feeling etc". You know what I'm talking about. I'm glad I get to see T on Wednesday. I painted him a picture of my "thoughts". That's how I've been expressing myself lately. It seems better than - the other stuff. I

 nothemama Good suggestion. Maybe I can get her to journal or leave her a note with some suggestions that conotate a gentle, femenine, beautiful flower - something dainty. She was never allowed to express herself like that because it was too dangerous. She always covered herself.

 A dear friend sent this to me and it made me smile. My teen would like to use it, and she would like to be called Snowbird. She is 14 and is now sulking and confused because of what happened in session. She would like to hide in here and rest for awhile.Songbird (I am exhausted. T said to let everyone rest )

If you add exhuastion on top of the mania, then by the looks of things, we are twins.
 I'm usually able to adjust the volume of the head chatter...but not lately.  Could be why I developed this blinking tic. |

I promised the man that I would not hurt anyone. He said I should write down my feelings instead and then we could talk about them. I'm not happy. I wish I was. I used to be happy. My mom called me the happy one. I'm angry and don't want to be angry but I'm scared and confused and all of this is so new. I don't know if anyone is listening, but I don't know what to do. Everyone always attacks me, in one way or another. If I say no, then they say bad things about me and to me. If I say yes, I want to hurt myself and hate myself. But I can't, I promised the man that I wouldn't do that until we talked again. Good night to whoever is listening. Snowbird
