just crashing in. yesterday i just stayed stoned and just out of my body. i hate my body. it's fat, ugly, painful, nasty. i don't understand how anyone could even look in my direction. i'm a horrible person. can't you all see how i'm this horrible person. i just want to rip this ugliness out of me. can't stand it.

having a very bad day. shaking and SI. uncontrollable today. guilt, shame and pain. why does it happen like this. haven't si since last year. and today it's out of control. si pain makes the emotional pain numb i guess. wish it could all be numb.
 wish i could cry like this

Oh monty im with you, i really am.
I am just awful lately too. I am freaking out nearly all the time, and I SI'd for the first time in over a year, and lots too  I am so ashamed and just tired, tired to the bone emotionally..((((monty girl)))) feel free to pm me if you need to hun |

I want to thank everyone for the kind words yesterday. It was a very bad bad day. I always call those days as my " Waves". Is just like I keep getting slammed over and over again with emotions. Like Waves. You get hit with a wave of emotion and it pushes you under the water. When you come up for air a wave hit you again. Yesterday it was constant. Is like what Rainbowzz said, emotionally tired right down to the bone. You just get to the point you just can't take it anymore. Yesterday I was crushed under 12 foot waves. Today the waves are a little smaller.
LOL like in Finding Nemo, " Just keep swimming, Just keep swimming". I'll let you all know if my arms get tired from swimming. Monty
