I have this problem too, so the firstr thing i do in the morning is come in here and check my computer. I have windows xp and in the bottom right corner is a clock. I put the curser on the clock and the date comes up in a little white sign then I go around to all my callendars (one in every room yes bathroom included)and X off the day. That way no matter what room I am in I always know the date just by looking up at the calendar.

Ive been having a hard time with this too lately. I dont remember what day of the week it is or what month sometimes, and the other night I got triggered and it really really felt like i was in my room from when i was like 12, and I got really confused for a little while.

its scary when it happens and frustrating too.

good idea on the X's

What a coincidence! Me too! I was just posting that. Can't remember stuff, simple stuff, did it happen or didn't it. Must be the full moons passing. It does bite! I feel like such a dummy when that happens. People look at me weird.

I've been having a hard time too. I am getting confused on dates, conversations and the like. People do you at me funny when this happens. I blame it on working too many days in a row.

It makes me feel so stupid. Cause I'll find out what the date is and I can't trust that. Is it real or not ? I can't tell. I'm I really asking or did I ask yesterday? Am I really awake now and moving around? Or is it a memory from days ago? I can't tell what is real or not.

((((safe hugs)))) Being confused isn't your fault! It's no one's fault, no one is to blame, please don't get angry with yourself. Yes, computers have time and date, and usually in larger city areas there are free phone numbers to call that are automatic and tell you time and date also. Cellular phones can tell you this also, as most have a calendar and highlights the day for you.

There are clocks that talk (my blind friend has one) that will speak the time and day, date to you. Wouldn't that be fun to have?

Calendars are a must! Personal day-timers or such to carry and everyone puts what they want to do into it... ones at home on the wall.

I get confused because of my chronic pain..where one days runs into another. It's very difficult to feel real when you aren't sure of the day! TC

Been extremely rough lately. I'm so in and out. One minute I'm washing clothes the next I'm in a store shopping. Feeling really really out of control.

I cannot remember dates either.....well anything that has numbers involved tends to mess me up very easily. If I use my alarm clock to wake up it MUST be set on a odd number or my day will be bad. Sounds weird but I just cant set an alarm on an even number.

I have weird things with numbers as well. Everything has to be done in 3's. Just makes everything seem OK that way.

Thanks Song Bird & Daisy

Feel like sitting in the corner screaming and si'ing. Everything is just so off. I can't stay in any reality. Nothing is making sense. Very scared.

I am a 3 person too Monty. I am sorry you are feeling like this right now. Are you able too journal? The screaming thing is good for relieving some of the stress. I SI too and alot of it is done during my "numbness" My therapist has told me to try my darndest too journal if you feel the urge too SI. Write down whatever...it does not have to make any sense. Sometimes I will even do it it with my eyes closed. I hope you can hang on tight to fighting the urge, but she also told me if I do SI to write down afterwards. Please be safe!
