very rough T again. T says he spoke to another. he just calls her the young girl. been so bad lately not aware of much. so tired i can hardly move.

Oh darn, just when you think you're getting on top of stuff....... it's ok. Your great adventure is even greater than you thought! This new little one may know some important stuff. Shake it off, come on, deep breath. There ya go. Keep breathing, nice and slow nice and deep. You can integrate this too.

I know it is scary but sometimes the "little ones" are the sweetest and purest and full of love! Hon you are probably tired because you are doing more work on your "self construction" then you are aware of. Take the time too nurture yourself and rest when you need too. BIG HUGS Cher

Feel like the T session just drained every bit of energy I had in me right out. Scared, just want to be someplace safe and warm.

Yeah, I thought I had it all figured out. I know their names, likes and triggers. I have so many to start with already. Oh great someone new. We are now know of 30 alters. How many can there really be?
I know that I'll always be in T. I learned that a few years ago. There are so many alters and so many ppl who abused us. Know the names of 5 ppl who s*****ly abused us. Then the physical abuse and emotional abuse and then a r*pe as a teen. I honestly don't know how I've made it this far. Breathing, my head is spinning in a thousand different directions. Just feeling just so utterly alone right now. Monty

Thank you, you guys. somewhat better right now. Just so unbelieviblely sad. I have never felt like this before. I just need to do something comforting like all the time. Been carring around a care bear with me. Harmony Bear, purple bear with a flower on her tummy and pink butterfly wings. As long as I have her with me i can breath just a little.
