i go in circles cuz I do ok for awhile but 'stuff' builds up inside. I dunno what it is. But I got to let it out. S. injury mostly. I am trying to learn better ways to cope but I can't seem to get nowhere. Keep going in circles. Can't figger whats going on inside. So how can I fix it.
I have few memories of child hood. So I dunno what I supposed to do?
Going round and round and I damn sick of it.
I dunno what to do.

A question hi muffled. I'm sorry that you are going round in circles with your feelings and thoughts. Sometimes writing things down helps.

If you can keep a notebook, or a journal, and only write "snippets" of things as you think of them.. because then you don't have to keep them in your head.. you have them written down... it helps.

It's like a big ball of yarn or string? Trying to look at all the strings is so hard! But by pulling on one or two strings it can unravel easier and more calmly.

Hi Muffled,

Do you have a pdoc or t? They can really help you get on track to feeling better.

I hope you feel better very soon.

Cheers!

January
