We have returned.

WOW this site looks so different. I looked at the top when I logged in and found I had not been here in 2 years. Recent events have prompted me to come back. Long story I will tell in future posts but basically it involves celebrating my union with my partner, quitting my job of 10 years and moving from California to Pennsylvania all in a 3 month time period. Things are hard I no longer have my meds, psych dr, or therp. I am in AA but have not been to a meeting in 2 months. My depression is off the charts and i am having a really rough time with my new cousin-in-law triggering me. In short I am a huge mess and have no clue where to start.

Welcome back! And congratulations on your union!
That's a lot of change in a short time period. I think that would throw anyone off kilter. I encourage you to get yourself set up with a new treatment team soon. Maybe your spouse can help you with this?

Thanks for the kind words. We are waiting for a new T to call us for an appointment. our work has a employee help line and they are helping us get direction. with all the stuff listed above and all the financial stress I am at the end of my rope. luckily I work tonight. I find relaxation in going to work. so that will help me get through today.
