Dontknow where to post this..

I dont know where to post this. I dont even know if this is going to make sense. I am scard to even put it down out of fear that people are going to laugh at me...

I dont know who I am these days. I have a name but yet it means nothing at all. I am not sure what this has to do with. DOes this make any sense at all? Maybe I am toatlly nuts. Maybe i am fussing over nothing..Bear...

I don't understand, but maybe someone here does. I just thought you might need a hug.

yes, i know what you mean. there was a time that the very basics regarding identity were skewed and difficult for me at times.

What you are experiencing regarding identity is something that I experience from time to time, especially if I am meeting with insiders whom I have never met before. Sometimes insiders are out and I am the one in my head trying to call myself back but no one can hear me- if that makes any sense, though this only tends to happen with some REALLY strong insiders who have still to do some work on themselves.

The only thing that works for me, cause heck it can be so disorientating, is trying to remember that everythng in life is relatively transient and that everything eventually evolves. What this means for me, is that one day I am a crumpled heap at the bottom of my own feet and the next day I am standing in my own shoes and doing what I need to do to keep this thing called life going.

Everything shifts and evolves, its helpful for me to remember this especially when experiencing heavy *****.

I KNOW you will get there, you have taken the first step in unravelling it all by posting here .

names.. names just give people symbolic "boxes" to put people into.

I understand where you are coming from. It's terribly confusing but you just need to remember to take it a little at a time, and if you cant remember things like what you like/dislike or things about you, go with what you feel at the present time.
