Hi,
Today, I saw all kinds of messages from an alter I haven't met before. I have some vague sense she's new and not just newly-emerging. I am very insecure and fear this means I'm a fake. I'm not in an abusive sitution right now, but am very stressed out as of late, and I split very easily. I don't know of course whether she's truly new, as I tend to think this of all the alters I discover simply because it makes it easier to ignore them. I could really use some support and hugs, and maybe some reassurance (I know you guys dont'know me as I don't post often, but well). I'll discuss this thingy when I see my T tomorrow. Btw, are alters allowed to post here? I see there is a teen garden but I don't know about adults or littles. I don't have many places where my alters are allowed, and mostly on sites that are not specific to DID, they aren't, so that's why I ask.

It is likely that the alter has always been there but now feels safe to come out and this is a good thing, please share this with your therapist.

Yes all alters are welcome to post here but only under one account. All of you are welcome here.

Thanks. I talked to my T about this new alter, but I don't remember what she said. I'm slowly learning to accept the alter and get communication started. I d use one account only. I'm glad all alters are allowed though.
