Having such a hard time. Grounding. Everything that can go wrong has been going wrong. Money isn't coming together, a job that I love is in jeopardy because people want something done quicker than it can be and when I say that management gets on me. Its almost March and March is always hard. I have been having a panic attack for about a week now. So over this. Want to stay grounded bit can't. And don't know what's been going on which is rare normally I'll have some inkling.

so Im confused are you still having these problems or are you done having these problems and just wanted to post about them.. my suggestion is contact your treatment providers, maybe they will know whats going on, why you are having so much problems right now, that is if you are still having these problems.. when I am getting stressed out at work I take a coffee break or bathroom break, this gives me some quiet time where I can use my grounding/breathing exercises and then come back to my desk and get back to work/deal with those people that are pushing my buttons in a way that is acceptable to my bosses. another idea there is a forum for work issues here on psych central now, sometimes I visit that forum. theres always something in there that can help me, maybe you can find some ideas there too. heres the link... http://forums.psychcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?f=157 sorry march is so hard for you, theres still three weeks before march so maybe you and your treatment providers can come up with some thing that will make your anxiety a bit easier during that month. my treatment providers usually add /make changes to my meds during my hard months and it makes a load of difference in my anxiety and other problems associated with certain months / occasions during the year. |

Grounding can be so hard sometimes. I use ice sometimes; I also have a Vicks Vapo-Rub inhaler that you sniff--it's pretty startling! Sometimes doing something physical that requires concentration helps me--not running or walking, but following directions for moves, like in a class or with a video.
I hope you are feeling more grounded soon. |

So over this just meant tired of being switchy. I haven't been able to afford to go to t. Need to find someone new to go to cheaper. I'm procrastinating I know. But its a choice between food or t currently. Don't know what else I can do. But back to work I go...
