long time

If i dont hear from my T soon im going to burts. Shes been away for 13 days now.

((((safe hug)))) It is so difficult when T's away, for most everyone! Did you make contact so she knows to contact you? Is there some way you can write to her at the office (even though she won't get it till she returns, it might help you feel closer right now.)

Ive sent a text and emailed her. Im trying not to get all upset and needy. She said she would call me, im still waiting. She is away on a domestic emergency (son in law and heart op so i suppose i should just sit tight)

You are being so brave. It's super hard when Ts aren't available. My thoughts are with you right now.

Do you still have the tapes she made for you when she went on vacation? Can you guys maybe color some pictures for her or do projects that will help you feel more connected to her or an art project done together to give as a welcome back gift?

I find that writing in my journal like I am writing her a letter telling her what we are doing helps. I recently sent a text message saying I missed her too. I Think most T's understand.

not too bad but not too good. I got a text. The OP went well.

So tell me about your hip...

I go to the docs this friday. It still hurts but hopefully i will find out whats wrong then. My appointment is at 5:20 GMT! I think ive chipped the bone, but i might be wrong. Its just that its been sore for along time now. I can feel it when i walk and when i cycle and when I stand up and sit down. Just about every movement, its like a dull thud of a pain.

I'm so sorry about your poor hip. You know, it might be that the bursa, which is the area that surrounds the hip, may be inflamed. If that's the case, the Dr might give you a shot of cortizone which will reduce the inflammation. I don't know that's it, but if it is, the shot will help. I have to have them at times for my spondylitis.

As for an open day................... well its where we open the allotments up to the public, let them walk round, people sell produce, and there is a sort of raffle thing where you buy tickets and then they pull the ticket out of a tombola and if yours gets pulled you have won a prize. I dont know if Ive won anything yet as the committee members where away by the time i got there. I did 1 hrs worth of digging and cleared some rubbish and now im home. Gonna order pizza tonight!!!!!!!!!!

tombola = its a drum that you put raffle tickets in, you spin it round, then stop it and it has a little door on it that you open up, then put your hand in and pull out the winning ticket! Gheesse, dont you guys have tombolas?!
