Therapy today and it was a big grief day. Our mother was in our head big time and it was really hard to get as deep as we wanted to with the grief to heal. Our T yelled big time at our mother. At first it scared us, but after we realized what she was doing it helped us get into deep of the grief. She was talking loudly and very angry at her. It made us even feel safe which might sound weird. It was as if she was the first person to stand up for us to our mother in our life. She was very angry which is where we want to be with it someday about all she has done to us. She even tossed in our father even though we haven't done much work with him. It is a tough one to go there. She helped us get into the grief, protect us while we were there, comfort us with her voice..........just a lot of warm fuzzies. She even cried. We are feeling much better today than we have been. So much held in that it was rough. Group was rough yesterday, but starting to see better now that some of this muck is not so close. Thanks for caring everyone.
