Thinking of the past is difficult work on it in therapy hurts. I have my own memories. I have DID so other parts have their memories, i thought my memories were overwhelming. But their memories are more overwhelming, and so extreme. It is difficult for me, how can I heal from this? If there are still more things to my story? My therapist says i can integrate if I know everything. But their stories hurt.

Sorry, I had to tell someone.

They do hurt! I'm sorry you are feeling overwhelmed with it all.
Can you do it in smaller steps? Or somehow work with coping skills to help you through the hard times? No one deserves to be hurt in this way, and I am so sorry you had to go through it. No one can do that for you, but we can be here to help you feel not so alone.
